How To Commission
Quotes
An ATD quote is an accurate price of what your commission will cost. You may fill out a quote form to receive a quote. Quotes are free, non-binding, and available near commission openings.
*Quotes do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be determined until commission is complete.
*Quotes are valid for 30 days.
*Quotes are given via email. I do not provide quotes through DM.
Commission Status
ATD commissions open every few months. I take 3-5 commissions of varying complexity each queue for shorter wait times. The next expected opening will be announced on social media when I near the end of my current queue. You can find my commission status & next application opening on the home page.
Commission Application
ATD uses an application based process for choosing commission slots. Once the current queue is complete, the commission application will open for a limited time. During this period, you may submit an application. You must have a valid quote for your application to be considered.
*Please only submit a commission application if you are serious about commissioning.
Acceptance & Payment
Slots are not first come, first served. Commissions are chosen based on character design and price point. If your commission is chosen, you will receive an acceptance email on the date specified in the application.
You will have 24 hours after acceptance to provide ID proof of age and a 50% deposit to be added to the queue.
*Please do not be discouraged if you are not selected; you're welcome to try again next round!
*If you have been accepted and do not respond within 24 hours, your application will be discarded.
After Acceptance
After you have officially been added to the queue, I will provide a short form to gather some additional details about your character/commission. Any selections made on the additional details form will not affect your commission price. An estimated start/completion date will be given upon completion of this form.
All communication throughout the creation process will take place on Instagram. Once your commission has started, frequent WIPs will be provided.
*Completion times are based on complexity of commission, your position in the queue, and material availability.
*ATD only works on one commission at a time to ensure proper focus and quality for each individual piece.
DTD & Measurements
DTD
A duct tape dummy (DTD) is a duct tape mold of your body used to accurately size your suit. If you have commissioned legs/fullsuit, you will need to provide a DTD.
When Making Your DTD:

Make sure you have at least one other person to help you

Please use high quality duct tape (I recommend Duck brand)

Stand in a T pose with your feet shoulder width apart

Tape your hands and feet (this ensures the legs/arms are the correct lengths)

Please tape up your DTD when you are finished

*Other measurements such as bust, waist, thigh, calf, and/or arm measurements may be requested.
Head Measurement
A head circumference measurement around your temples is required if your commission includes a fursuit head.
*If you wear glasses, please wear them when taking your head measurement so you can comfortably wear them inside the suit.
Arm Measurements
Arm/back measurements are required for arm sleeves and may be requested for fullsuits. Please reference the diagram below when taking your arm measurements.
